The Director of Students’ Welfare is predominantly responsible to make arrangements for housing of the students; to make programme of students counseling; to assist in the placement of graduates of the University; to supervise the extra-curricular activities of the students; to organize and maintain contact with the alumni of the university and other important matters relating to well being of the students.

The PG students of MHU are studying at College of Agriculture in collaboration with CCSHAU, Hisar. The Hostel facilities are being provided by the CCSHAU to PG students of this university.

The College of Horticulture, MHU is presently housed in Research Farm, Anjanthali, Karnal. There is one Girls Hostel comprising ten rooms at EEI Campus Nilokheri wherein 27 girls students are staying. The MHU is making all out efforts for construction of hostel building with modern facilities.

Seven students have been selected in different Departments of State/Centre Government out of 28 Post-Graduate students who have successfully passed out from the University.
